Innoflex Cloud

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Innoflex Cloud (we, us, or our) handles information in connection with our websites, documentation, and related services (together, the Services). Innoflex Cloud operates as a SaaS database: we host and run the platform you use to store and work with your data. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here, unless a separate agreement with you states otherwise.

We may update this policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the bottom reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate (for example, via the Services or email to account contacts).

Who we are

Innoflex Cloud is operated by Innoflex Technology. We provide a managed database-style service: you choose what to store; we operate the infrastructure and controls around it. For privacy-related requests, use the contact details in Contact us below.

Your data and our role

Data you store in Innoflex Cloud for your applications and workflows is your property. We hold it so the Services work—we do not take ownership of it, sell it, reuse it to train models, or use it to market to you or others. We process it only to provide, secure, and maintain the Services you have signed up for, and as otherwise required by law.

Information we collect

We focus collection on what we need to run the platform and your account:

  • Email addresses — We collect email addresses for authentication (sign-in, identity, and account recovery) and for status and service updates (for example, outages, billing notices, or important changes to the Services), as applicable to your account.
  • Data you store in the service — We store whatever data and structure your organization configures and writes into Innoflex Cloud, including any personal information your end users or systems include. That content is held on your instructions as part of the SaaS database offering.
  • Operational and security data — Limited technical information needed to run and protect the Services (for example, logs, timestamps, IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, and diagnostics). Where we can, we use aggregate or de-identified data for service reliability and improvement without repurposing your stored application data.
  • Support and communications — Messages you send us (for example, support requests).
  • Cookies and similar technologies — On our marketing and documentation sites, we may use cookies or local storage as described in any cookie notice or settings we provide, including where needed for essential operation or preferences.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the SaaS database and related features
  • Authenticate accounts and send service and status communications tied to your email
  • Enforce terms, prevent abuse, and protect the security and integrity of the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We do not use data you store in the platform for our own separate business purposes (such as reselling insights, advertising profiles, or unrelated product development). We process personal information where we have a valid legal basis under applicable law (such as contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, or legal obligation).

How we share information

Data you store in Innoflex Cloud is not passed to third parties for their own use. We treat it as customer property: we do not sell it, license it to others, or share it with partners, advertisers, or data brokers. We do not disclose your stored database content so that another company can use it for its own purposes.

We may disclose information only in these limited situations:

  • Legal requirements — When required by applicable law, regulation, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of you, us, or others.
  • Professional advisers — Lawyers, auditors, or insurers under confidentiality obligations, where necessary.

Account-related processing (such as sending email for authentication or status updates) may use infrastructure that operates under our agreements and only to deliver the Services—not to access or exploit your stored application data for third-party purposes.

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined in applicable privacy laws.

International transfers

If we transfer personal information across borders, we use mechanisms recognized by applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards) where required.

Retention

We retain account and operational information for as long as your subscription or relationship with us continues and for a reasonable period afterward (for example, backups, disputes, or legal requirements). Data you store in the platform is retained according to your use of the Services and any terms or settings that apply to your account, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete certain personal information
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. A broader overview of our security posture is available on our Security & Compliance page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong credentials and protect your account.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from those children.

Third-party sites and integrations

Our websites may link to third-party sites, and you may configure integrations that send or receive data outside Innoflex Cloud. Those parties’ practices are governed by their own policies. We do not, as part of our service model, provide the data you keep in Innoflex Cloud to third parties for their independent use, as described in How we share information above.
